By the grace of God, we are once again deemed worthy to reach the great feast of the birth of the divine Word in the flesh, who came into the world to grant us “well-being,” remission of sin, of captivity to the works of the law and death, in order to grant us true life and great joy, which “no one can take from us.”
In the world you shall have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world” (John 16.33) is the reassurance of the Lord, who alone trampled upon death by death, to generations of men and women
"By faith they blocked the mouths of lions, quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness they were made strong." (Heb.11:33-34)

With the grace and loving kindness of God, tomorrow we enter the arena of Holy and Great Lent, the most suitable period for the soul—our own soul—to turn toward the Lord.
